You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who will overlook the whole process from the initial design through to development and completion. We aim to make it a smooth and easy process so you don’t need to worry about things such as obtaining planning permission because we’ve got that covered.
You can also expect the Project Manager to be with you at every step of your journey, regularly engaging with you to ensure your expectations are met at each stage of the

process, advising you on all aspects of the build and finish, and most importantly any concerns you may have. At each stage of the project the work will be reviewed and approved before moving regarding the next stage.
As the client, the ultimate choice is yours on the level of involvement of your Project Manager has, if you decide you want more (or less) involvement on the project management side then we will happily work around it.
